Features

  • Lower resistance heaters require less power to heat lines.
  • A backup type-K thermocouple to prevent project delays in the case of primary thermocouple failure in the field.
  • Stainless steel over-braid and stainless steel tube ends help prevent abrasive failure in the field.
  • Optional: stainless steel over-braid for calibration line
  • Durable, extruded polyurethane jacket for protection of sample/calibration lines from abrasive failure in the field.
  • Inert PTFE sample and calibration lines provide more accurate results by eliminating potential bias from other materials. PTFE is also more corrosion-resistant than Tygon, and can be washed with acetone without degradation.

Temperature Ratings

Heavy Duty (HD) Heated Sample Lines are manufactured to have a continuous operating temperature of 400° F (~204° C) at an ambient temperature of -20° F. Triple-Insulated to help maintain line temperature with lower power consumption.

Standard Heated Sample Lines are manufactured to have a continuous operating temperature of 400° F (~204° C) at an ambient temperature of 0° F.
